BackerKit Survey Locking and Add-Ons Charge Date

Firstly I would like to thank everyone who got their survey filled out so beautifully promptly! 92% of you have completed them so I have a good idea of pin numbers and have sent them to production, woohoo! 

If you have not completed your survey, please do so as soon as possible. 

For help accessing your survey or questions regarding your survey, please contact BackerKit - they are best equipped to help you!

Completed Surveys Will be Locked on the 9th of June

You have one more week to make changes to your surveys! If you would like more add-ons you can grab those now! I will lock surveys and charge cards on the 9th - card charges may take a few days to go through after this date. You will receive one last email reminder 48 hours before your survey locks too :) 

If you haven't added anything to your survey, you won't be charged anything as your pledge is already covered.

I'm going to use this as a little opportunity to advertise to those of you who may like to grab some more of my shiny pins from time to time! I run a happy little club and release 2-3 new designs exclusively to members every month. As a member of a few pin clubs myself I can say it's always wonderful when your monthly package is delivered! These designs are limited edition and club members get first dibs, a lot of them never make it to public availablity <3

All Surveys Sent!

Check your inboxes, surveys are waiting for you! They are sent to the email address associated with your Kickstarter account, so make sure to check whichever one that is.

If you could fill these out as soon as you can that would be amazing - I can't order the pins until I have an idea of how many of each I need!

Add-Ons

If you chose add-ons during the Kickstarter campaign you'll see the products already in your cart. You can make your pin selections in the questions visible after the add-ons page in the survey. You will need to click next on the Add-Ons page to get to these questions - they are not part of the initial pledge questions.

There are lots of lovely add-ons to choose from on BackerKit! These will be charged for in June - I'll give you some warning before I lock orders and charge cards. The exact date will depend on how soon surveys are filled out so bear with me :)

Address Changes

You can change your address using the survey link any time right up until the pins arrive. I will give you notice of when addresses will be locking so there is no need to worry if you are moving house soon.

Survey Time!

Hello hello! BackerKit has approved my survey and we are ready to send! Initially, only 5% of surveys will be sent out so don't worry if you haven't received yours yet - this is to catch any errors before it goes out to all of you and to ensure everything runs smoothly. Once that has been successful, the remaining surveys will go out. Keep an eye on your inboxes!!

It was brought to my attention that there were three little pin friends missing from my last guide and I didn't want them to feel left out, so here is the complete guide now with added diamonds!

Guide To Each Mini Pin

I am putting together your surveys and thought it would be useful to provide a guide to which pin is which! This way you have something to refer back to when you are chosing your pins. There is a lot to do before the surveys are ready to send, but rest assured I am working hard to get them to you soon. The plan is to start sending them at the beginning of next week; Backerkit requires that a few are sent out initially before the full batch to test that they are working properly, I will update again once things start being sent!

Thank you, each and every backer. Without you, we would not have unlocked a whopping 90 designs! When I was putting this campaign together, I wasn't sure if we would even unlock the first batch of designs but we did that in 12 hours and went on to nearly double the number. Thank you so much!!

Surveys

Surveys will be sent out via BackerKit. Originally I had planned to use Kickstarter's survey system but with 90 designs to choose from, BackerKit will make it easier to manage. BackerKit reccomends sending surveys once Kickstarter payments are taken, which will also give me time to set up the mammoth number of survey and add-on options so you should receive your survey around the 17th of May (assuming all goes to plan).

You will be able to add more pins to your pledge too this way! Just in case any take your fancy later.

I will not be combining shop orders with Kickstarter pledges this time. I have done it in the past but it gets difficult to keep track of, and with so many designs and backers to look after I want to make it easy for me, and in return quicker and better for you!

Dropped Payments

If your payment did not go through the fist time on Kickstarter, you have until Thursday to fix your payment method before they try to collect your pledge again!
